Job details, tasks:
Commissioning of the developed mechanical systems’ automation part
Supporting the subcontractors (electrical, mechanical)
Definition and clarification of interfaces with the customer and sub-contractors
Definition of standard specifications
Development of new PLC-Segments for mechanical prototypes
Developing PLC software in Siemens S7 family
Complete commissioning of automated systems until end user acceptance
Organization and leading of commissioning in sub-systems
Generation of system documentations
Training of customers’ employees

Requirements:
Ability to design systems using ProfiNET, ProfiBus & AS-i
Program languages: Siemens Step7 & TIA – LAD, SCL, STL
Reading and understanding of electrical drawings
Understanding of installation methodology (i.e. cable differences, trucking types, etc.) is a pre-requisite
Microsoft Office user-skills
Good written and verbal English
Ability to work in a team, able to work together with different people and from different cultures

Advantage:
Understanding of PLC control and processes is advantageous, with tendency towards Siemens products (i.e. S7-400, 1200, 1500)
Ability to interpret Primavera schedules
Understanding of ATR & RFID is an advantage
Experience in WinCC is an advantage
Wonderware
