SALES ASSISTANT / ÉRTÉKESÍTÉSI ASSZISZTENS

ZORGE is an international company that specializes in the manufacturing or rubber moulded parts. ZORGE is part of the ZORGE-HOFFMANN Group. From production locations in Hungary, Netherlands and Germany we worldwide serve and supply customers active in the automotive industry, heating industry and electro-technical industry. For our site in Nagykőrös (near Kecskemét) we are looking for candidates to enforce our commercial team.

Job details, tasks:
The sales assistant reports directly to the director of Zorge Hungary. He/she works closely together with marketing and sales colleagues in the Netherlands and fulfills an important commercial pivotal role between Dutch colleagues and disciplines within the Hungarian organization. He/she:

• Operates as first contact of Zorge Hungary towards customers and maintains good relationships with them,
• Assists in solving issues regarding pricing, payments and quality, in consultation with responsible colleagues,
• Contributes in the fulfillment of sales leads and quotations (including calculations) in good cooperation with the sales team,
• Monitors sales results and provides information to marketing and sales manager,
• Supports marketing and sales colleagues in common tasks

Requirements:
Language skills:

• English excellent in word and writing,
• German preferred

Computer skills:

• Good skills in MS Office,
• Experience in working with ERP systems is preferred

Sales background in a technical environment,
Understands the need of working in a structured and precise way,
Can set clear priorities,
Can work independently in a team with multiple disciplines,
Has project management skills or experience,
Pro-active, self-starting,
Works out-of-the-box and thinks in possibilities instead of problems,
Keen to learn, analytic and accurate,
Customer friendly, service attitude
