In your new role you will:

• Improve quality related KPIs of the production lines with Zero Defect program
• Manage / contribute as a member of NLoZD project teams.
• Eliminate failure possibilities in the course of production with no delay.
• Implement permanent corrective and preventive measures.
• Check the efficiency of the NLoZD program.
• Share your knowledge and best practices concerning with risk assessment.
• Participate actively in BE NLoZD committee meetings.
• Implement regular checks to do continuous improvement activities according to FMEA.
• Make Risk Assessment moderation to support the team.
• Manage the 5S activities in site Cegléd.

Profile:
You are a team player with strong leadership skills. You have the passion and the courage to develop new and creative ideas while promoting awareness for quality. You respect different attitudes and points of views and use the creative potential they offer.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A university degree.
1-3 years’ experience in people management.
Knowledge of risk management would be a plus.
Hungarian language is a must.
Good command of English language.
