hires a person responsible with Project Management. 
Construction Project Manager

Existing projects are placed in: Győr and Alsónémedi.
Future project will be located all over Hungary

Responsibilities:
coordinating the construction project documentation per all specialties: buildings, roads, installations, in all phases: building permit, tendering, execution
managing all the necessary activities to obtain the building permit
implementing the tenant’s and public authority’s requirements into the design
carrying out the necessary diligences in the relationship with the public authorities to start the construction works
preparing the budget and the schedule of the construction time
drawing up the tender documentation, bidding the construction works, evaluating the incoming offers
negotiating and concluding the contracts with the construction companies
controlling and coordinating works on site: daily controlling of the quality of the construction, controlling of the safety measures, controlling of the quantities executed by the construction companies, payments to suppliers
doing the reception of the buildings and the installations upon completion of the works
registration the buildings into the cadastre office
obtaining the fire authorization

Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and Autocad
Fluent English (German is an advantage)
University degree in Civil Engineering
Willingness to travel
Office location in Győr or Budapest
Minimum of 3 year experience in project management of industrial premises /shopping centres
