A multinational company is looking for a co-worker for a factory
in Csongrád county’s food industry as follows:

Purpose of the role:
To manage the technical teams responsible to deliver Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure and Services to the site:

• To ensure that maintenance (building and equipment) services are provided to facilitate efficient plant functioning and to achieve factory performance targets.
• To carry out projects related to factory utilities, machinery & equipment and infrastructures overhaul and improvements (maintain assets or upgrade existing installations).

Job description:
Manage the technical teams responsible to deliver Projects, Innovation, Infrastructure and Services to the site
Develop, deploy and implement plans to ensure the best utilization of assets in the sites as well as supervise and give guidance on the maintenance of such assets
Lead the Innovation implementation on the site, looking for best alternatives/options of design to manufacturing, following category technology selections.
Capital budget preparation and management
Support innovation delivery as part of regional network
Create and implement plans to continuously improve site infrastructure needs such as energy, water, treatment, steam and all infrastructure services, contracts and contractors.
Coach and develop the human resources across the site on technical and technology issues.
Manage the projects, overhauling and innovation budgets
Work collaboratively with Production department to improve site and line efficiencies and reduce waste
Develop, built and make available in the organisation the Product, Process and Packaging Expertises relevant to the asset base

Requirements:

Education:

• Higher technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, mainly in Food area
• Native Hungarian and fluent English knowledge is a must.
• Experience:
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role
• Advanced:
• PLC, Autocad knowledge and / or experience
• Project Management skills
